Just bought some of your products at a small Irish festival in Warwick New York York, two mystery bags for $25 each and honestly it's crap! I cannot even identify what the products are. Got bags of broken soap, Two bags of cream, salt or powder... I cannot identify. I got another bag that looks like it could have been a pumice stone or is it course salt??? Nothing is identified with what it is so I throw the whole lot in the garbage. I only bought the bags to support the Irish festival one of the mystery bags is a gift and now I have to throw it out. I have pictures if you would like to follow up.

Beware store policy. Once you open it. You can't return. I'm a very good customer. Never purchasing less then$30. Minimal. Bought a $35. Curling iron that didn't heat up properly.i didn't want a refund. My wife always needs hair products so she gave me a list of about$100. All I wanted was credit for the$35. To go towards today's purchase. Didn't want another junk product.i made no fuss about it. Simply told them no problem. I'll lose$35. ? But they lost a very good customer. I shouldn't have to convince them to take it back. It should had been instant Courtesy.i try to give business to local merchants first. But now I guess I'll continue with Amazon. Lately my usual products i purchase with them comes over night any way. Returns are always a great experience with Amazon. Few times they refunded me and still had me keep the product. That's how much I shop. So it was nice doing business with MYSTIC BEAUTY. TILL NOW. SO GOOD BUY!

Workers are very helpful, store is well organized, prices aren't too much. Great place to shop beauty products. :)
